As Gould & Ratner’s Attorney Recruiter, Arielle is responsible for attorney recruiting at all levels, along with coordination of the entire interview process. She works closely with the Chief Talent Officer, the Chief Administrative Officer, Hiring Partners, Department Chairs, and Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer to develop and implement the Firm’s lateral hiring strategy and diversity initiatives, as well as determine hiring priorities. Arielle also acts as the Firm’s liaison to law schools’ career placement offices and legal search firms, and directs all aspects of on-campus recruitment.
Prior to joining Gould & Ratner, Arielle was a legal recruiter for a major US law firm. In addition, she acted as a Director of Attorney and Staff Recruiting at Major, Lindsey & Africa. Arielle began her career as a litigation attorney at Weil Gotshal & Manages LLP in New York City.
