As a paralegal in Gould and Ratner’s Litigation Practice, Ben Lee provides attorneys and outside litigation support specialists with an approach to discovery that is customized for each case.
His experience includes over 10 years of facilitating litigation related to construction and premises liability, plaintiff’s work and class action lawsuits. Ben is also skilled at implementing efficient case management strategies, filing in both U.S. federal and state courts and preparing matters for trial. His extensive involvement in the day-to-day life cycles of a variety of litigation matters, allows him to utilize his subject matter expertise to handle various litigation needs and challenges.
