With more than 25 years of experience, Daniel Perlin focuses his practice on complex commercial real estate transactions. Dan represents both landlords and tenants and negotiates the acquisition, development, sale and leasing/disposition of commercial and industrial properties across the U.S. He also has extensive experience in the retail, entertainment, restaurant and Cannabis industries.

In addition to his general real estate practice, Dan guides his clients on land use, construction, municipal, environmental, M&A and sale-leaseback/restructuring related matters.

Prior to joining Gould & Ratner, Dan served as counsel in the real estate group of a large international law firm.
