With more than 25 years of experience handling complex real estate transactions, Shelley Dunck focuses her practice on drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, and other general real estate matters. Her most recent experience includes representing a national real estate development company and handling contract negotiations for U.S. based and international technology companies.

Prior to joining Gould & Ratner, Shelley practiced as a real estate associate at a large international firm and worked as an Associate General Counsel and First Vice President of Equity Residential.

In addition to her real estate experience, Shelley was the Randy L. and Melvin R. Berlin Clinical Professor of Business Law at Loyola University Chicago School of Law and served as the Director of the Loyola Business Law Clinic for 12 years.
