Philip P. Piecuch Joins Gould & Ratner

CHICAGO – Gould & Ratner LLP is pleased to announce that Philip P. Piecuch has joined the firm as an associate in its Real Estate Practice.
Piecuch, who earned his J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, handles matters relating to virtually all aspects of real estate law, including commercial real estate transactions, financing, leasing, zoning, land use and entitlement issues.
While in law school, Piecuch was the Student Articles Editor for the Loyola University Chicago Law Journal, the school’s flagship scholarly publication. During his second year of law school, Philip served as a judicial extern at the Illinois Appellate Court, as well as interning at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
Piecuch earned his bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Drake University.
