As a member of Gould & Ratner’s Corporate Practice, Ashley Cross represents start-ups and other high-growth entrepreneurial businesses in a variety of complex transactional and corporate governance matters.

While getting her J.D., Ashley served as a Legal Fellow for U.S. Senator Tammy Duckworth (IL), where she drafted proposed legislation and prepared memoranda regarding pending bills covering wide range of policy issues.

Prior to joining Gould & Ratner, Ashley was an associate in the corporate group of a national law firm.
