His litigation experience spans state and federal courts, arbitrations, mediations, and administrative forums such as the Illinois Civil Service Commission.
Angelo has achieved an outstanding trial and arbitration record and has secured dozens of favorable settlements on behalf of his clients. He has also recovered millions of dollars in judgments and settlements on behalf of workers in wage and hour disputes, leveraging his years of representing the Illinois Department of Labor and his deep knowledge of laws such as the Wage Payment and Collection Act, Minimum Wage Law, and Prevailing Wage Act.
