As the Director of Human Resources and Operations at Gould & Ratner, Casey Luther is responsible for employee relations, implementing and overseeing the firm’s employment policies and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Casey oversees all aspects of human resources and is passionate about creating a positive and inclusive work environment while promoting our core values and contributing to the goals and mission of the firm. She also manages day-to-day operations of the firm, including vendor relationships, benefits, performance management and employee engagement.

Casey earned a bachelor’s degree in communication from John Carroll University. She is a proud member of the firm’s Diversity & Inclusion Committee.
