Blending sharp analytical skills with practical business insight, Ciera Gonzalez helps clients resolve complex commercial disputes and anticipate challenges before they escalate. A member of Gould & Ratner’s Litigation Practice, she has experience advising companies on matters involving breach of contract, business torts, employment issues, construction defects and natural resources disputes, managing cases from discovery through mediation and trial.

Before joining Gould & Ratner, Ciera practiced at national and regional law firms, where she handled high-stakes commercial, construction and energy-related disputes. She also clerked for the Honorable Regina M. Rodriguez of the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado, gaining valuable insight into judicial decision-making and trial management.

While attending law school at the University of Colorado, Ciera was involved in the Innocence Project as a student attorney and served as an articles editor for the Colorado Technology Law Journal.
