As Gould & Ratner’s Director of Talent Acquisition, Dan is responsible for attorney and other staff recruiting at all levels, along with coordination of the entire interview process. He works closely with the Chief Operating Officer, the Chief Administrative Officer, Hiring Partners, Department Chairs, and Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer to develop and implement the firm’s lateral hiring strategy and diversity initiatives, as well as determine hiring priorities. Dan also acts as the firm’s liaison to law schools’ career placement offices and legal search firms and directs all aspects of on-campus recruitment.
Prior to joining Gould & Ratner, Dan was a Director of Recruitment for a boutique staffing firm.
