Gould & Ratner is pleased to announce that Daniel R. Minjock has joined the firm as its Director of Talent Acquisition.
In this new role at the firm, Dan will work closely with the Chief Operating Officer, the Chief Administrative Officer, Hiring Partners, Department Chairs, and the Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer to develop and implement the firm’s lateral hiring strategy and diversity initiatives, as well as determine hiring priorities.
“We’ve already had tremendous success using Dan to recruit professionals to work at Gould & Ratner,” said Ken Koehn, the firm’s Chief Operating Officer. “He brings great creativity and passion to searching for talented people, so we are excited to have him focus on our needs full time!”
While Gould & Ratner is Dan’s first in-house law firm job, he has spent the last several years working in the staffing and recruiting industry, placing many professionals in significant positions.
Dan earned his bachelor's degree in English literature and American history from the University of Pittsburgh and his MBA from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business.
