Associate

As a member of Gould & Ratner’s Real Estate Practice, Jeffrey Goldberg handles matters relating to all aspects of real estate law, including commercial real estate transactions, commercial and construction loans and other business matters. Jeff advises clients throughout every stage of a purchase or sale, from drafting and negotiating the contract, to assisting with lease and asset purchase agreements and reviewing construction and commercial finance loan documents.

In addition to his general real estate practice, Jeff guides his clients in drafting partnership, operating, stock purchase/redemption agreements and service and vendor contracts. He also advises on corporate governance issues.

Prior to joining Gould & Ratner, Jeff was an associate at a large national law firm. While in law school, Jeff worked for the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) and the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission.
