Gould & Ratner is pleased to announce that Jeff Goldberg, an associate in the firm’s Real Estate Practice, and Abby Mahony, an associate in the Tax and Wealth Transfer Practice, have been promoted to Partner.
Additionally, Nelly Rosenberg, an associate in the Real Estate Practice, and Rebecca Smart, an associate in the Corporate Practice, have been promoted to Senior Associate.

Goldberg handles matters relating to all aspects of real estate law, including commercial real estate transactions, commercial and construction loans and other business matters.
Mahony focuses her practice on M&A and other transactional tax matters, assisting both buy-side and sell-side clients in a variety of mergers, acquisitions, legal entity rationalizations and other strategic transactions.
Rosenberg advises clients throughout every stage of a purchase or sale, from negotiating and drafting the contract to performing due diligence review, and from resolving title and survey matters to the transaction's closing.
Smart focuses her practice on corporate and commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions of businesses in a variety of sizes and industries, as well as work on tax issues related to M&A transactions.
