As a member of Gould & Ratner’s Real Estate Practice, Nelly Rosenberg handles virtually all aspects of real estate law, including commercial acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, and other business related matters.
Nelly advises clients throughout every stage of a purchase or sale, from negotiating and drafting the contract to performing due diligence review, and from resolving title and survey matters to the transaction's closing. She regularly negotiates leases for offices, retail and restaurants, and assists clients with lease disputes.
Prior to joining Gould & Ratner, Nelly served as an associate at a boutique law firm in Chicago.
While attending law school, Nelly served as the Executive Editor of the DePaul Law Review.
