Abby Mahony Joins Tax Planning and Structuring Practice

Gould & Ratner LLP is pleased to announce that Abby D. Mahony has joined the firm as an associate in our Tax Planning and Structuring Practice.

Mahony focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions and other transactional tax matters. She assists both buy-side and sell-side clients in a variety of mergers, acquisitions, legal entity rationalizations, and other strategic transactions.

Mahony earned her J.D. from University of Illinois Chicago School of Law, an LL.M. in Taxation from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and a bachelor’s degree from DePaul University.
