Corporate Practice Welcomes John Karras

Gould & Ratner LLP is pleased to announce that John Karras has joined the firm as an associate in our Corporate Practice.

Karras has experience in private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, and other corporate and transactional matters.

Karras earned his J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and his B.A. from Emory University.  Karras is currently an M.B.A. candidate at University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business.
