Gould & Ratner Adds Litigation Associate to Denver Office

Continuing the growth of our Denver office, Gould & Ratner is pleased to welcome Timothy Scanlan as an Associate in our Litigation Practice.

Tim represents businesses in complex commercial disputes, with experience spanning matters from initial claim through judgment. He also brings valuable experience in data privacy, artificial intelligence, and related regulatory and risk issues, adding further depth to our litigation capabilities.

He approaches each matter with a focus on both immediate legal needs and broader business objectives, delivering practical, strategic counsel in high-stakes situations.

Before joining Gould & Ratner, Tim practiced at a national law firm, where he focused on commercial litigation, insurance coverage matters, and privacy-related issues. He is a Certified Information Privacy Professional/United States (CIPP/US), a credential earned through the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).
