The top ranking was the result of an objective, data-driven analysis of law firms conducted by the publication’s editors and guided by a panel of experts. Several factors that are important to employee well-being and job satisfaction were considered, including work/life balance and flexibility, career opportunities and professional development, and quality of pay and benefits.
