Gould & Ratner Represents Audacy in $29.3M Sale of Land to Prologis for Warehouse Project

Gould & Ratner represented Audacy in the $29.3 million sale of approximately 25 acres at 375 Army Trail Road in Glendale Heights, Illinois, to Prologis.

Prologis plans to redevelop the property into two speculative Class A industrial warehouses totaling approximately 454,000 square feet as part of a project expected to represent an overall investment of approximately $100 million. Construction is anticipated to begin later this year, with completion expected in late 2027.

The transaction comes at a time of renewed momentum in the Chicago industrial real estate market. Demand for high-quality warehouse and logistics space remains strong, reinforcing confidence in strategically located development sites such as this one.
