Gould & Ratner is pleased to announce recent leadership selections for its largest practices, as well as its internal counsel and Denver Office head.

Practice Chairs & Vice Chairs

Partners Joe Marzo (Real Estate), Chris McCall (Corporate), Jennifer Tolsky (Tax Planning and Wealth Transfer) and David Wayne (Litigation) have been selected to serve as Chairs of their respective practices. Chris and David will serve their first term as chair of their respective practices, while Joe and Jennifer continue their service, having been in their roles for the past few years.

Additionally, the firm has selected its practice group vice chairs. Partners Ilana Bley (Tax Planning and Wealth Transfer), Alison Constantine (Litigation), Ammara Khan (Corporate) and Aaron May (Real Estate) have been selected as practice Vice Chairs. Alison is new to her position, while Ilana, Ammara and Aaron continue their service.  The Vice Chair position provides partners with leadership training and exposure to all firm operations and helps develop the next generation of Gould & Ratner’s leaders.

Internal Counsel

Longtime Gould & Ratner General Counsel Paul Carroll has been reappointed to the role that he has filled for several years. Colleague Eric Sparks has been named as the firm’s Associate General Counsel, a new role at the firm. Both Paul and Eric are partners in the firm’s Litigation Practice.

Denver Office

Chris McCall has also been named to the new role of Partner in Charge of our Denver Office. McCall, the newly appointed Chair of the firm’s Corporate Practice, has spent most of his legal career in Denver and joined Gould & Ratner as a partner several years ago. The firm formally opened its Denver Office in mid-2024 because of additional lawyers joining the firm in the city, as well as growing client needs in Colorado and the surrounding Rocky Mountain region.
