Litigation Practice Welcomes David Wayne

Gould & Ratner LLP is pleased to welcome David S. Wayne as a partner in its Litigation Practice.

Wayne represents sophisticated individuals and privately held businesses in complex commercial, real estate and employment-related disputes in both federal and state courts. His experience includes reviewing and negotiating leases, brokerage agreements and other real estate-related contracts, as well as preparing vendor agreements and the drafting and negotiating of employment and independent contractor agreements, preparing vendor agreements. Wayne also serves as outside general counsel to entrepreneurs and a variety of mid-market businesses.

Before joining Gould & Ratner, Wayne was a partner at a large national firm’s Chicago office.

Wayne earned his J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and a bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University.
