Gould & Ratner is pleased to announce that Robert J. Taylor has joined the firm as a partner in its Real Estate Practice.
Taylor has a diverse real estate, finance and corporate practice representing both institutional and entrepreneurial clients in a wide range of matters. A significant portion of his practice involves representing landlords and tenants in a wide variety of retail, office and industrial leasing matters.
Taylor also has extensive commercial real estate experience managing transactions for owners, investors, lenders and developers involved in real estate finance, property acquisitions and dispositions, equity investment, leasing and development. His work includes the representation of clients in structuring, negotiating and documenting commercial real estate and asset-based credit facilities.

Taylor earned his J.D. from Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago-Kent College of Law and his bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
