Trey Calver Joins Corporate Practice as Of Counsel

Gould & Ratner is pleased to announce that Trey Calver has joined its Corporate Practice as Of Counsel.

Calver advises emerging growth companies on formation and restructuring, general corporate matters, venture financings and liquidity events. He also assists venture capital funds and angel investors with investor-side financings, fund formation and fund maintenance. Calver leverages prior experience as an investment associate at two early stage venture capital funds to help both investors and entrepreneurs see around corners and prevent common issues.

Calver earned his law degree from Ohio State University and his bachelor's degree from Trine University.
